Our Story
The Dance Bag was founded in 2001 in Ridgewood, NJ. We are currently enjoying our second decade in business at our new superstore, located at 485 Route 17 South in Paramus, NJ. Our store was conceived as a true one-stop-shop specializing in full service and product for the performer. We have quickly become the place to shop for your entire dancewear, skate, yoga, exercise, and performance needs. Our product offerings range from shoes, leotards, tights, custom costumes, funky dance clothes, hair-wear, jewelry, art, tchotchkes, make-up, and lots lots more!! We recently installed TDB Custom Designs and Manufacturing, which is a part of our business that is dedicated to cutting edge, customized team and studio gear. We are thrilled to announce that TDB Custom Designs has created original pridewear for some of the countries largest and most prestigious competitive dance & cheer teams.
