Refund & Transfer Policy

All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded for any reason and may not be transferred to another dancer, participant, or event.

Unable to Attend

If a registered dancer is unable to attend the event under any circumstances, a credit toward the 2027 Convention will be issued to the dancer’s account.

  • This credit will be equal to the amount originally paid for the ticket.

  • The credit may only be applied to the 2027 Convention and holds no cash value.

  • Credits are issued to the original dancer’s account only and may not be transferred.

Additional Notes

  • No exceptions will be made outside the terms listed above.
